I do think that you need to apply as directed, morning and night and rub in well. Then just sit back and enjoy less hair re-growth!

I have recently purchased this item (at Boots sorry). It came in a twin pack with a hair removal cream (which i hate using anyway), i found the cream to be plesant tho! I use it primarily on my under arms and does not sting/burn at all! The Hair No More spray is a miracle! Even after a few days i noticed that my under arm hair took much longer to grow back. As i am constantly at aquafit classes shaving is tiresome and i am much too much of a wimp to try waxing. Have used it on my upper lip and few hairs on my chin and after my next epilation will almost certainly use it on my legs.

I am so impressed with this product i am certainly going to buy more Skin Doctors products!

Been using this for a while now with mixed results. I've noticed my upper body hair (forearms and torso) does take longer to grow back, but no appreciable difference elsewhere.

I'd say its pretty expensive for the limited effect it has and its probably worth looking around to see if there is anything better out there.

I have been using this spray for a couple of months and so far so not good.
I don't really see any change to my hair growth and still have to wax regularly.
Just for information sakes I am black with coarse dark hair.
